Welcome to Howth Triathlon

On July 15th triathletes will gather in the best-kept secret in Dublin, Ireland, Howth Village. All triathletes will set out to conquer the heart pounding action of the first Howth Triathlon. This event will form two races the Howth Olympic Plus (1.9 Km, 40 km Bike and 10 Km Run) and the Howth Sprint (750m Swim, 20 Km Bike and 5 Km Run) distance race.

This event will encourage many spectators out to see who will master the Howth Triathlon. Spectators are encouraged to take the boat trips out to watch the majestic swim as athletes in the Howth Olympic Plus course escape from Ireland’s Eye and power their way to the shores of Claremont Beach, Howth. The whole of Howth triathlon is spectator friendly as the whole of the action is in the heart of Howth.
